New equipment
23.04.2001 Industrial test of coiling apparatus for 0.25 — 0.66 mm diameter wire winding is completed. Untraditional use in a drive the frequency-adjustable converter produced in Kharkov by association «Vertical» is the distinctive feature from available analogues.

Technological innovation
02.04.2001 An aggregate for rope blank and steel-aluminum wire zinc-coating is put into operation by JSC “Silur” after modernization and enlarging of processed wire amount. The Belgian firm “FIB” is the manufacturer of the aggregate. The unit corresponds to last engineering achievements in the field of wire manufacturing, it is equipped with the vertical and inclined output, can wind wire in supersize hank.
