Reinforcing stabilized strands

Reinforcing stabilized strands are widely used while building of big constructions: buildings, bridges, viaducts, reservoirs, hangars, oil-producing platforms, atomic power stations, airports, tunnels, as well as small-size reinforced concrete items: sleepers, vineyard bays.

Use of reinforcing stabilized strands with reduced relaxation allows to improve considerably the operating characteristics of reinforced concrete constructions without any extension of the diameter and quantity of reinforcing steel.

JSC ⌠Silur■ has 30 years' experience of reinforcing stabilized strands fabrication. The manufacturing of reinforcing strands with reduced relaxation was mastered in 1994. Nowadays the productive capacity is 18 thousand tonnes per year.

Up-to-date equipment with computer control is used while producing of reinforcing stabilized strands. The strands testing is executed with the help of the equipment with graphic pictures of the testing results.

JSC ⌠Silur■ fabricates strands according to GOST 13840, EN 10138, BS 5896, ASTM 416 and other standards.

Worked out, introduced and certified ⌠Quality assurance system■ assures high quality strands production meeting the customers requirements.

The assortment and the quantity of the ordered production determine realization terms of the order .

Delivery terms of strands from supplier to customer depend on the country of consignment and on the route of transportation.
