Incoming control of raw material (rolled wire) and technological materials

The incoming control is carried out with the purpose to prevent putting into operation materials, which are not appropriate to the requirements of the normative - engineering documentation (NED) and supply agreement.

The incoming control is carried out under the NED requirements and methods on inspected production, contracts on its delivery.

Proceeding from stability of suppliers products quality, importance of separate parameters for functioning of produced items, the nomenclature of production, controllable parameters, type of control and amount of sampling established in the list of production is subjected to the incoming control.

The incoming control can be complete and sampling.

The group of an incoming inspection which belongs to the technical control division fulfils incoming inspection of raw material and technological materials.

The main tasks of incoming control are:

1. Inspection of presence of in-line documentation on production, certifying its quality;
2. Control of production quality on satisfying requirements of NED;
3. Accumulation of statistical information about actual quality level of obtained raw materials.

During incoming inspection the methods and means are applied according to the NES requirements on inspected production.

Production approved by technical control division of supplier and received with the quality certificate is admitted to the incoming inspection.

During the incoming control the following operations take place :

1. Inspection of in-line documentation (quality certificate, quality passport etc.) certifying quality of received production with registration in a log-book of receipts of raw material and technological materials;
2. Inspection of package, marking, appearance, geometrical sizes conformity;
3. Selection of test samples for proof tests and registration of the order in the Central factory laboratory (CFL) for tests.

CFL makes mechanical, chemical, metal graphic tests of test samples and makes the conclusion for technical control division about adequacy of tests to the requirements.

On the basis of CFL conclusion, technical control division gives a permition on using of raw material and technological materials in technological process.

On location during an incoming control of an inadequacy of raw material to prescribed requirements it is rejected, not used in the further technological process, the supplier is put in claims.
