The fact that corrugated mesh is manufactured of carbon wire assures its high wear resistance and long life time.
Mesh of galvanized wire has a good form. Galvanized wire triples service life of the mesh used for fencing outdoors.
Corrugated mesh is manufactured on the automatic line. The mesh is made of the corrugated base (prefabricated on the mechanized line) and a weft. The weft becomes corrugated in the process of mesh manufacturing.
Cell size of corrugated mesh is from 2.6 mm to 70 mm, the diameter of wire is from 1.2 mm to 6.5 mm.
According to the mode of corrugation mesh is subdivided into 3 types:
PC– partially corrugated – weft wire has corrugation at the junction and basic wire is not corrugated;
C – corrugated – both basic and weft wires have corrugation at the junction;
CC– complicated corrugated – both basic and weft wires have additional corrugation on the cell sides.
Corrugated mesh is manufactured in cards; maximal card width - 2000 mm and maximal card length - 5000 mm.

Delivery of corrugated mesh
The mesh is delivered in cards with the following sizes: maximal card width - 2.0 m; maximal card length - 5.0 m. On the customer's request cards of any width and length within the specified limits (divisible by 500 mm) can be manufactured. Cards are tied up in parcels (30 cards in each). On the customer's request it's possible to change the quantity of cards in parcel.
