On the customer's choice mesh is delivered in cards and in rolls. Maximum size of card: width - 1.2 m; length - 6.0 m. Cards are tied up in parcels (50 cards in each). On the customer's choice it's possible to increase the quantity of cards in parcel up to 100.
Maximum size of roll: width - 1600 mm; length - 100 m.
Number of pieces in one roll - no more than three. The pieces are joined overlapping with the help of wire. Minimal inner diameter of roll - 150 mm. Rolls of mesh have circumferential banding.
"Silur" disposes of the most up-to-date equipment for fabrication of welded mesh for animal and poultry breeding. Wire of own manufacturing is used as raw material. The equipment for wire fabrication includes drawing machines, annealing and hot galvanizing aggregates. Mesh is welded on the contact welding aggregates with computer control. Welding of the galvanized wire is the characteristic feature of the galvanized mesh manufacturing technique which distinguishes it from the traditional one. The process of welding is subdivided into five stages that are characterized by duration and current mode. The proper choice of welding conditions allows to assure welded strength not less than 490 N and corrosion resistance of the welding spot equal to the level of the basic wire.
Test of mesh is made in the laboratory of "Silur" equipped with up-to-date test equipment. At all stages of processing beginning with the entrance control of raw material production is exposed to the regular control. Rates of control - conditions, devices, periodicity, and responsibility are stated in special instructions.

Mesh is manufactured on the contact welding aggregates.
The mesh is formed of wires placed in two mutually transverse directions and welded in cross points by the method of spot welding.
Mesh is characterized by size of cell side (by wire axes) and by wire diameter. The size of cell side is the distance between the axes of neighbouring longitudinal and transversal wires. Mesh is produced with square or rectangular cells. Cell size of reinforcing mesh is from 75 mm to 500 mm, the diameter of wire is from 3.0 mm to 10.0 mm.
The mesh is manufactured in cards.
Width of the card is from 650 mm to 2160 mm.
Length of the card can be up to 3000 mm.

The mesh is manufactured on the contact (press cold) welding aggregates with computer control. Mesh for tightening is a lattice construction of wire with rectangular cells. In the cross points wire is welded by the method of spot welding.
