Steel wire

JSC "Silur" produces 0.15 to 6.00 mm steel wire of general purpose of the following types:

• rope steel wire;
• concrete reinforcement wire;
• spring wire;
• wire for polygraphic production;
• wire for communication lines;
• wire for cores of uninsulated ACSR conductors;
• general purpose low-carbon wire;
• welding wire;
• wire for goods of cold heading;
• spoke wire;
• cable wire;
• wire for cotton bailing;
• wire of other purpose.

Productive capacity is 125 thousand tonnes of wire per year.

Steel wire is produced according to GOST, DIN, ВS, etc and in compliance with technical specifications of the customer.

Technical characteristics of produced wire are determined by diameter, chemistry of steel, stress-strain properties, presence of coating and other factors.

5.5 - 9.0 mm rolled wire of different steel grades of 0.06 to 0.90% carbon content is used for wire production. Wire production is carried out on the up-to-date equipment with use of perfect engineering processes.

Worked out, introduced and certified "Quality assurance system" assures high quality wire production meeting the customers' requirements.

The range and the quantity of the ordered production determine realization terms of the order.

Delivery terms of wire from supplier to customer depend on the country of consignment, on the route and method of transportation.
