Steel wire

"Silur" produces 0.15 to 6.00 mm diameter steel wire for general purpose of the following types:

• rope steel wire;
• concrete reinforcement wire;
• spring wire;
• wire for polygraphic production;
• wire for communication lines;
• wire for cores of uninsulated ACSR conductors;
• general purpose low-carbon wire;
• welding wire;
• spoke wire;
• cable wire;
• wire for cotton bailing;
• wire for other purpose.

Productive capacity is 125 thousand tonnes of wire per year.

Steel wire is produced according to GOST, DIN, BS, etc and in compliance with technical specifications of the customer.

Technical characteristics of produced wire are determined by diameter, chemistry of steel, stress-strain properties, presence of coating and other factors.

5.5-9.0 mm rolled wire of different steel grades with 0.06-0.90% carbon content is used for wire production. Wire production is carried out on the up-to-date equipment with use of perfect engineering processes.

Worked out, introduced and certified quality assurance system ensures ropes production complying the customers' requirements.

The assortment and the quantity of the ordered production determine term of execution of order.

Delivery time of wire from supplier to customer depends on the country of consignment and on the route of transportation.
