Soldering steel wire GOST 10543-98

Destination: for mechanized electric arc soldering.

Wire diameters: from 1.6 ≈ 3.0 (+0.04) mm to 3.0 ≈ 6.0 (+0.06) mm.

Steel grade: 30 HGSA

Type of treatment: wire is produced with and without heat treatment.

* Wire surface must be free from rust, tears and dross. It must be clean and smooth, for wire produced without heat treatment soap lubrication marks presence is allowed and for heat-treated wire ≈ marks of oxidized lubrication.

* Wire is produced in up to 1000 kg coils, heat-treated wire ≈ in up to 170 kg bundles.

* Delivered wire is wrapped up with dampproof paper and polymer film, or another packing cloth.

Cold heading carbon steel wire GOST 5663-79

Destination: for goods produced by cold heading

Wire diameters: from 2.0 to 6.0.

Quality of the produced wire is characterized by the following information:

* According to the point of maximum load produced wire can be of 1 and of 2 class:

• 1 class ≈ 440√580 N/mm2
• 2 class ≈ not more 590 N/mm2

* Wire is delivered in coils (bundles with 500 ≈ 600 mm inner diameter). Before packing wire is oiled, wrapped up with dampproof paper and polymer film or with packing cloth.
