General purpose steel low-carbon wire GOST 3282-74
Application: for manufacturing of nails, baling, fencing, braided mesh and for other purposes.
Wire diameter:
- from 0.8 to 5.5 mm — galvanized wire;
- from 0.3 to 6.0 mm — wire without coating.
Type of treatment: produced without heat treatment and heat-treated.
Coated wire is subdivided into two classes depending on the coating weight:
- galvanized, 1st class — 1C
- galvanized, 2nd class 2 — 2C

Delivery
Wire without heat treatment (galvanized and without coating) is delivered:
- Ø 0.30-0.50 mm – in 10-30 kg bundles or on reels BS-60;
- Ø 0.60-1.20 mm – in bundles with the mass up to 80 kg or in Z-2 and Z-2S type coils;
- Ø 1.30-3.00 mm – in 100-150 kg bundles or in Z-2 type coils;
- Ø 2.50-6.00 mm – in 100-150 kg bundles or in coils with the mass up to 1000 kg.
Galvanized and bright heat-treated wire is delivered in 350-700 kg "rosetta" type bundles.
