 Steel rope wire
Destination: wire is used for steel ropes manufacturing. Wire diameter: 0.26-4.0 mm. Type of coating: without coating, or galvanized
* According to thickness zinc coating has the following groups:
- M - for medium working conditions;
- H - for hard working conditions.
* According to mechanical properties wire can be of different sorts:

* Wire is covered with rustproof oils that protect it from corrosion:
- 0.4 and less mm diameter wire is wrapped up with dampproof paper and put in containers;
- 0.4-1.0 mm diameter wire is wrapped up with dampproof paper and polymer film;
- more than 1.0 mm diameter wire is wrapped up with polymer film, or polypropylene or some other packing cloth.
* Wire diameters:
- 0.26-0.50 mm wire is produced in 10-30 kg bundles, or in steel cord reels;
- 0.6-1.2 mm wire is produced in up to 80 kg bundles, or in coils of Z-2 and Z-2S type;
- 1.3-3.0 mm wire is produced in 100-150 kg bundles, or in coils of Z-2 type;
- 2.5-6.0 mm wire is produced in up to 1000 kg bundles, or coils;
- 1.7-5.5 mm wire can be roduced in up to 1600 kg bundles;
- 0.7-1.8 mm wire can be roduced in up to 500 kg bundles.
Note: on the customer's request wire of intermediate diameters can be produced.
