Wire for meshes (without coating and galvanized)

1. Carbon wire for meshes according to ТU 14-4-1566-89

Application: for corrugated meshes manufacturing.
Wire diameter: from 0.3 to 6.0 mm.
Steel grade: St.45, St.50, St.55.
Type of coating: without coating.

According to mechanical properties: 1st and 2nd class.

Delivery:

• Ø 0.30-0.50 mm - in 10-30 kg bundles or on steel cord reels;
• Ø 0.6-1.0 mm - in bundles with the mass up to 80 kg or in Z-2 and Z-2S type coils;
• Ø 1.2-3.0 mm - in bundles with the mass up to 170 kg or in Z-2 type coils;
• Ø 2.0-6.0 mm - in 100-150 kg bundles or in 1000 kg coils.

Wire is coated with preservative oil and packed up in a lay of paper and then in a lay of polymer film for the anti-corrosion protection.

2. Low-carbon wire for meshes according to ТU 14-4-1563-89

Application: for meshes manufacturing.
Wire diameter: from 2.0 to 4.0 mm.
Type of treatment: produced without heat treatment and heat-treated:

а) Heat-treated wire, galvanized and without coating, is produced 1.20-4.50 mm diameter.

Delivery: - in 150-700 kg "rosetta" type bundles.

b) Wire without heat treatment, galvanized and without coating, is produced 0.3-6.0 mm diameter.

Delivery:

• Ø 0.3-05 mm - in 10-30 kg bundles or on steel cord reels;
• Ø 0.7-1.0 mm - in bundles with the mass up to 80 kg or in Z-2 and Z-2S type coils;
• Ø 0.7-3.0 mm - in bundles with the mass up to 80 kg or in Z-2 type coils;
• Ø over 3.0 mm - in bundles with the mass up to 170 kg or in coils with the mass up to 1000 kg.

c) Wire without heat treatment, galvanized, on the ready size is produced 0.80-6.0 mm diameter.

Delivery: - in 150-700 kg "rosetta" type bundles.
